"Giz" Holden Takes Third Place in State Fire Marshal's Chili Cookoff

Congratulations to our own Richard "Giz" Holden for taking 3rd Place in the first-ever Chili Cookoff hosted by the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal this week in recognition of their 131st Anniversary (Hey, OSFM is even "older" than we are, by just a few years!)
