Request a Fire or EMS Incident Report
To obtain Fire Incident or EMS Reports from the Baltimore County Fire Department, use their online Request Portal. You must create an account to submit your request and all required documentation online. There is a fee and records are typically sent within 24 hours after payment.

Ambulance Billing Information
Baltimore County residents are not responsible for paying ambulance transport fees. Any cost not covered by insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid are paid by local tax dollars. Non-county residents who use Baltimore County EMS transport are billed for any fees not covered by their insurance.

Maryland Kids in Safety Seats
Maryland Kids in Safety Seats (KISS) runs a FREE car seat safety event at the Pikesville Volunteer Fire Company once every other month. Parents and caregivers can learn how to
properly choose, install, and use car seats to ensure their children's safety on the road. Register in advance on the Maryland KISS website.EMS/Fire Resources

EMS Academy
The Baltimore County Fire Department EMS Academy offers online continuing education training every second and fourth Thursday from September through June at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Each session provides 1.5 or 2 hours of MIEMSS-approved ALS/BLS CEUs applicable toward recertification. Subscribe for notifications.

Baltimore County Fire Rescue Academy
The Baltimore County Fire Rescue Academy ensures the readiness of all Baltimore County first responders. Technical and customized training is provided for all career and volunteer firefighters and emergency medical personnel.

Maryland Fire Rescue Institute
The Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute is the preeminent training and education system for all-hazard responses. Part of the University of Maryland, the Institute plans, researches, develops, and delivers quality programs to prepare agencies and individuals to protect life, property, and the environment.

MIEMSS
The Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (MIEMSS) oversees and coordinates the state's entire EMS and trauma system, handling functions like medical direction, education, communications, trauma center designation, and ambulance licensing.

Baltimore County Fire Department
Relying on both career and volunteer personnel, the Baltimore County Fire Department provides quality
services to Baltimore County, including: fire protection, EMS, fire prevention, safety education, community services, and mitigation of emergency and non-emergency incidents.
BCVFA
The Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighters Association (BCVFA) works to serve, promote, and advocate for the interests of all volunteer fire, rescue, emergency medical services, and rehabilitation companies in Baltimore County. This includes support for their activities, management, administration, budget, operations, training, standards, and logistics.

MSFA
The Maryland State Firefighters Association (MSFA) unites all volunteer fire, rescue, and EMS companies statewide (like ours!). Their mission is to ensure every Maryland citizen receives consistent, professional emergency services by setting high standards for training, education, and equipment.
