We're wrapping up National EMS Week by celebrating the next generation of life-savers! Please join us in a congratulating Pikesville VFC’s own Yaseen Ibrahim! Not only did Yaseen successfully complete his EMT certification this spring, but he was also just awarded a prestigious scholarship by the Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighters Association (BCVFA)!

A senior at the Western School of Technology, Yaseen joined our PVFC family in May 2025 and has been a shining star since day one. This fall, he’ll be taking his passion for patient care to the next level at Towson University to pursue his nursing degree.

We are incredibly proud of Yaseen’s dedication to serving the Pikesville community while working hard toward his professional goals.
