Pikesville VFC Squad 322 and Tower 323 responded with other Baltimore County fire units to an MVA with multiple patients early Saturday evening March 6th in the company's first-due district in front of the Safeway supermarket at Reisterstown Road & Old Milford Mill Road.  Units were initally dispatched for a 10-50 PI, which was upgraded to a rescue box (2-20), however first-arriving BCoFD Engine 2 (Pikesville career) reported no entrapment.  The Squad and Tower crews assisted with patient triage and care; the MVA involved two SUVs and a total of four patients were transported to Sinai Hospital.
