As new PVFC President Richard Berkowitz called his first meeting to order on Monday, February 22, the station's warble tones went off, alerting Rescue Box 2-16 for a motor vehicle crash with reported entrapment at Labyrinth Road and Marnat Road.  PVFC Squad 322 arrived first reporting a Mazda minivan on its side with one person trapped.  The squad officer assumed limited command and reported a working rescue.  Upon Tower 323's arrival its crew assisted the Squad with setting up step chocks and ARTs to stablilize the vehicle.  PVFC firefighters cut away the windshield,  passing a rescue blanket to the patient to cover himself. The patient was unable to climb out of the van as his legs were pinned, so crews performed a roof flap and removed the patient.  BCoFD Medic 14 (Brooklandville station) transported the patient to an area hospital.  Also on scene were BCoFD Engine 2 (Pikesville career), EMS 5 and BC22.
